If you were an Filmgo member before January 2008, your original password may have been changed during a system update that restricted the characters allowed in a password. These restrictions keep your account & your passwords more secure.

Why haven't I received my password?

  • Your email client may be blocking our emails
  • If you're using gmail, yahoo, hotmail or another online free email service, it is possible our emails are in your spam or junk mail folders
  • Some business & workplace emails may block our messages

How can I retrieve my password?

To retrieve your password, you need to:

 

  1. Add techsupport@filmgo.net  to your email address book
  2. go to the site http://www.filmgo.net
  3. type in your EMAIL address as your USERNAME
  4. click PASSWORD REMINDER button
  5. you should receive an email that contains your password
  6. if you do NOT see it in your inbox in 30 min, you should check your spam box
  7. if still nothing, then contact us via techsupport@filmgo.net for further instructions.

I am having trouble logging in. Why does my password no longer work?

We may have changed your password during one of our system updates. Some characters that were used may not be accepted in our newer site update. Solution: your username has NOT changed. Simply type in your original username and click "Password Reminder."

Your username will be the password you used to register.
