I submit this Short Film Online Film Festival Entry Form for inclusion in 545 Productions, LLC’s (“545”) Online Film Festival, “FilmGo.net”. I warrant and represent that: (i) I am over the age of 18, (ii) I have all legal and requisite rights and title to make the submission made herein, and (iii) I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the competition and entry rules as discussed herein and as posted on the FilmGo.net site which I acknowledge are herein incorporated by reference. I further warrant and represent that: (i) the property submitted including but not limited to music, melody, lyrics, videos, films, film clips and submission fees (“Work”) is new and original and does not infringe on the rights or copyrights of others, (ii) any and all Work may be displayed on the Internet, for which I give my consent and approval, and (iii) allowing display of Work on the internet does not violate any copyright, trademark, intellectual property or other rights. I agree to indemnify and hold 545 harmless, as well as 545’s licensees and assigns, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of the breach of any of the representations and warranties made herein. I enclose my complete and legible entry form and I acknowledge that none of my submission or Work will be returned to me whether or not I am accepted for entry into Filmgo.net by 545.
